Forsythe

Forsythe: The client was downsizing, so maximizing every square inch of space from the condo was a priority. Being involved from the beginning and working only from blueprints, I was able to remove a closet which added space to the laundry area. By doing this I was able to create a custom designed second kitchen/laundry/storage area which created a more functional space for storage and doing laundry.
